Ordering & Shipping of Merchandise

Orders: Are accepted by telephone, telefax, online or e-mail and are normally processed the day of receipt.

Cut-off time: 3PM Pacific Standard Time

Shipping Method: Domestic orders are limited to destinations in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Please select express shipping to Hawaii or Alaska as there is no Ground service available to these states. For a $5 fee we are able deliver packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, however please provide a street address for preferred delivery location.

Our standard shipping method is via Courier Ground. We also offer faster service via Courier Overnight, Second Day Air and Third Day Air. Ground delivery is not available when shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Arrival of your order depends on several factors that including your geographic location and whether couriers can service your area in a timely fashion. Generally, we fill your order within 1-2 business days. A ground courier delivers within 4-7 business days, which makes the average shipping period about one week.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Terms: Dental-Me accepts Net due credit application. Initial orders require payment by Visa or MasterCard. U.S. and Overseas customers must pay by Visa or MasterCard. Overdue accounts will pay interest of 1.5% monthly.

Return Policy
